And I finally get in the gym and run a mile.
Felt pretty good about it. I didn't time myself, but I still felt it wasn't horrible.
I'm hoping to swim one day this week, spin one day, and run one day. Those are my expectations. Still working at just one pop a day, and not saying yes to ice cream every night.
Hope anyone reading this is feeling good about their decisions!

I'm encouraged by you! Thank you for this great blog spot! I'm working on a new me....again. This time I'm gonna do it the right way for the right reasons! I'm personally getting a few things set up for Jan 3rd. I know I should probably apply my new goals and such to my life today but I know with the holidays will hanging over me I would be setting myself up for failure. So I'm toasting to have a clean start on Jan 3rd. Yes its a Monday, I'm OCD about stuff like that! haha! I'm also thinking about starting a walking/running group in the spring that meets once a week or maybe once every other week depending on size and such! I also plan to link the group to the Pound for Pound Challenge. Why not get fit, lose weight AND feed the hungry...... Ready yet? Better get your shoes on!
